Burrata, Butter & Bubbles
Three of Lyndall’s favourite things come together in this rich, hands-on class: silky handmade burrata, luscious cultured butter, and a glass of bubbles.
In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll learn how to stretch soft curd into smooth mozzarella, form it into delicate pouches, and fill them with a rich, creamy centre to create your own burrata—impressive to serve, and even better to eat.
You’ll also churn fresh cream into golden, cultured butter and explore flavouring options using herbs from the garden, roasted garlic, or truffle when in season.
After the work is done, enjoy a relaxing lunch featuring your creations—served with crusty bread, garden basil, and ripe tomatoes (when in season), alongside a glass of bubbles.
